Main Job Duties:
- Customer Support
- Phone Support, Email, and Chat Support
- Inbound Sales
- Admin Work
- Excellent communication skills in English, French, and Spanish languages
- At least two years of Customer Support Experience
- At least one year of Sales Experience
- High-Speed Internet of 10 Mbps
- Fast Computer: Minimum Core i5 with 4 or 8 GB RAM
- Quiet place to work
- Noise-Cancelling headphones with microphone
- Our recruitment process is done via Skype, as it is a remote position, and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
