Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Customer Support
  • Phone Support, Email, and Chat Support
  • Inbound Sales
  • Admin Work

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, French, and Spanish languages
  • At least two years of Customer Support Experience
  • At least one year of Sales Experience
  • High-Speed Internet of 10 Mbps
  • Fast Computer: Minimum Core i5 with 4 or 8 GB RAM
  • Quiet place to work
  • Noise-Cancelling headphones with microphone

Important Notes:

  • Our recruitment process is done via Skype, as it is a remote position, and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
