Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Technical Support
  • Phone Support, Email, and Chat Support
  • Admin Work
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, French, and Arabic languages
  • At least one year of technical support experience
  • Administrative work experience
  • High-Speed Internet of 10 Mbps
  • Fast Computer: Min Core i5 with 4 to 8 GB RAM
  • Quiet environment
  • Noise-Cancelling headphones with microphone

Important Notes:

  • Our recruitment process is done via Skype, as it is a remote position, and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
