Job Description

IdeasUnlimited is a Global Business Support and Solutions Provider. We are in need of Bilingual Customer Support Agents who can speak excellent English and Spanish to work on our projects.

Main Job Duties:

  • Customer Support
  • Phone, Email, and Chat Support
  • Inbound and Outbound Calls
  • Order Processing and Escalation
  • Admin Work

Job Requirements:

  • Native Spanish Speaker with Excellent Communication Skills in English.
  • At least two years of customer support experience.
  • High-Speed Internet of 5 Mbps.
  • Good computer (Core i5, 4 GB RAM).
  • Quiet environment.
  • Noise-Cancelling headphones with microphone.

Availability and Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, US Business Hours

Important Notes:

  • Our recruitment process is done via Skype, as it is a remote position, and takes around an hour or so (depending on how fast you complete it).
