Yes, you can easily update your profile as you gain more experience and learn new skills that make you eligible for other positions. In case of certain changes, you may have to email email@example.com to allow the change. However, you cannot make changes to your application or profile once you have applied for a job vacancy till the end of the application period.

Please fill in all the relevant information that will make you the best candidate for an IU position. We will email you when your profile, especially your listed skills, match a job vacancy. So make sure your IU Candidate Profile is complete and updated.
However, some jobs are generic and could suit a number of skillsets. For such vacancies, we recommend that you periodically check our Job Vacancies page for new listings.
Having an electronic CV format has several benefits
- It allows us to easily search for your information in our database.
- Clients find it useful to get standardized CVs from all applicants. Once you complete your profile, a .pdf CV format is automatically produced, which we are able to send to our clients for their consideration.
- To protect the privacy of our workers, we hide personal details on the electronic CVs before sending them to our clients.
We do confirm the legitimacy of the client’s business and the project in question before placing any resources with him/her.
When filling out the candidate profile
Our Candidate Profile should work well with all browsers.
Please use English to fill out the profile.
Step 1: Sign up and create your IU Candidate Profile. You will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive one, check your spam or promotions folder and add this email address to your contacts list: firstname.lastname@example.org. Confirm your email address and log in to your account.
Step 2: Showcase your talents, skills, and experience as best as you can on your IU Candidate Profile. This profile is used by clients to shortlist candidates so make sure you make it as detailed and perfect as possible.
Step 4: Sit back and wait. Our recruiters review applications and consult the Talent Community daily to fill up vacancies. If your profile is a match, we will contact you.
These file formats are acceptable: .doc, .docx, .txt, .html, and .pdf formats.
The maximum size may be 2.5MB.
You will receive a confirmation email stating that your application has been received.
You can login to your IU Candidate Profile and see the status of your application.
We keep candidate profiles for a period of 1 year and then archive them since by then the information is out of date.
You can edit your profile as long as you have not applied for a job vacancy. However, once you apply, you cannot edit your application and profile till the end of the application period. In any circumstances, you will not be able to change some basic information such as name without contacting email@example.com.
Once you have create a Candidate Profile, the only way to delete your profile is to contact firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for the profile to be deleted, providing the reasons for the same.
